Our story

In 1994, PI-CO outgrew the original facility. By the end of 1994, PI-CO had moved to a new facility of 15000 sq. feet, located in Hutto, Texas. A 5000 sq. foot warehouse was added in 1996 to accommodate a greater demand for JIT type service. In 1997, 4700 sq. feet of manufacturing space was added. Then, in 2000 a new 10,000 sq. foot warehouse was completed and the existing warehouse was utilized for additional manufacturing. In May of 2003 an additional 4000 sq. foot expansion was necessary to accommodate the additional mechanical assembly requirements for our existing customer base. Our facility now contains 38,700 sq. feet with more room to grow to meet customer needs. Our diversification and careful yet still aggressive strategy has allowed us to expand our business, regardless of the local market. Franklin Pierce established a simple mantra as to how he saw that the business should operate: "Our philosophy is simple; to be the very best vendor to all our customers all the time. We keep a highly skilled staff with very little turnover; which is a great asset to our customers." Staying true to this principle has proven to be a successful approach and PI-CO continues operating with this statement  in mind.
